Graham Cracker Crust Cheesecake

Classic Cheesecake with a graham cracker crust.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pkg cream cheese 8 oz each
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 1/2 t vanilla
  • 6 oz graham crackers

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  • Layer graham crackers into the bottom of the pan. Set aside.
  • Blend cream cheese, sugar, vanilla. Add eggs one at a time. Pour into the crust.
  • Bake for 40 minutes; let cool for 2-3 hours. Add toppings and serve.

Toppings include: Macerated berries, Caramel drizzle, Fresh strawberries, Chocolate Fudge
